Rehabilitative Exercises

Once the acute state of injury is over it becomes necessary to have more intensive training to return to your natural state of coordination and strength. Rehabilitation is a time to rebalance the musculoskeletal structures of the injured part. The goal of rehabilitation is to prevent reoccurrences of the symptoms or a re-injury to the involved area. Often times specific exercises must be included in the overall treatment plan to rehabilitate the soft tissues surrounding the affected areas. It is a low tech approach and often only includes items you already have at home.
